- Have lived or worked in Grand Traverse, Kalkaska or Leelanau Counties for the last 12 months
- Complete homebuyer education courses
- Pledge to complete 200 hours of sweat equity within 1 year of approval for our program.
- Must have documentation of reliable income for 1 year.

Available to households earning between 60%–80% of Area Median Income (AMI), with a minimum household income of $50,000. Income eligibility and program requirements apply.
Above 80% AMI Homes
A limited number of homes are available for households earning 80%-120% of AMI. Buyers must meet standard lending and qualification requirements.
