Habitat for Humanity Grand Traverse Region is a nonprofit housing developer serving Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau counties. Our goal is to help everyone attain a safe and affordable home where they can be proud to live. We partner with families and individuals to help them obtain an affordable mortgage to purchase a home and to develop the skills they need to become successful homeowners.
Everyone's path to homeownership will be a little different and our team will help you overcome any barriers you may be facing. This form is not an application; however, the information we collect helps us create an individualized plan for you to achieve your goals.
