This project will provide homeownership for six families in the heart of southern Leelanau County. The location is four miles from Glen Lake Community schools and just six miles from Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The ideal quiet community is still just 16 miles from Traverse City.

Like all Habitat Grand Traverse Region homes, Maple City Crossings homes are built to high quality standards with material selected for both beauty and longevity. Careful design makes these homes uniquely livable, like building the Maple City Crossings homes so that the only shared wall is on the outside of the garage so sound will not carry between living spaces in the individual homes. The all electric homes are built for comfort and energy conservation to keep ownership costs low.
